Why Roast?
Roast is a culmination of a life long love of food, cooking and sharing a meal.
Growing up in Lancashire, England, every weekend we had a Sunday Roast, either at our house or one of my Grandparents’. The smell of the roast cooking would waft through the house making our tummies rumble. These family gatherings hold such fond memories for my siblings and I and were the beginning of my love of creating lasting memories with good food, family and friends.
Roast is not plated fine dining, it’s for those that love sharing a meal in their own home. Creating a warm and cosy ambiance, enjoying hearty flavourful food, served in the middle of the table for everyone to share.
Roast makes hosting family and friends easier and less stressful. I do all the shopping and prep work for you, while you just heat, serve and have a great time.
Don’t save getting together just for special occasions, life’s too short.

Cheeky tip - I bring my outdoor table inside and cover them with table cloths to seat more guests.

Nothing like dining Al Fresco.

Back in Lancashire when Christmas was cold and bleak, but Gramps brought the festive cheer.

Good old Kiwi ingenuity - too sunny for Nan.

Room for any more foliage?

Family china all set for dinner.

Celebrating my 30th with another dinner party - and crazy hats by the looks of it!

All the fam - 3 generations.
